4-Hydroxy-3,5-diiodobenzonitrile (CAS NO.1689-83-4 ) can be absorbed by leaves,which inhibits photosynthesis, respiration and protein synthesis. Thus,it can remove stellaria, veronica, tian xuan hanada mustard and other broad-leaved weeds.
