The Lanthanum carbide is an organic compound with the formula C₂La. The systematic name of this chemical is Acetylene; lanthanum. The CAS registry number 12071-15-7. Besides, it can be prepared by following. La was cut into small squares with grinding, and cut to bright surface in mineral oil, dry and weighed immediately after wash mineral oil.
