Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 100632-81-3 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,0,0,6,3 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 1 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 100632-81:
(8*1)+(7*0)+(6*0)+(5*6)+(4*3)+(3*2)+(2*8)+(1*1)=73
73 % 10 = 3
So 100632-81-3 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

A Multicatalytic Approach to the Hydroaminomethylation of α-Olefins

Hanna, Steven,Holder, Jeffrey C.,Hartwig, John F.

supporting information, p. 3368 - 3372 (2019/02/24)

We report an approach to conducting the hydroaminomethylation of diverse α-olefins with a wide range of alkyl, aryl, and heteroarylamines at relatively low temperatures (70–80 °C) and pressures (1.0–3.4 bar) of synthesis gas. This approach is based on sim

A novel synthesis of ibutilide fumarate

Wang, Tao,Tian, Rui,Xiao, Bin,Shen, Yi,Zhou, Hui,Li, Qingeng

experimental part, p. 423 - 426 (2012/05/07)

A novel protocol for the synthesis of Ibutilide Fumarate (raceme) was achieved from 2-pyrrolidinone with an overall yield of 15%. The core structure was constructed in one step based on Friedel-Crafts acylation with an acyl chloride containing an amino hydrochloride.

Synthesis of biologically active amines via rhodium-bisphosphite-catalyzed hydroaminomethylation

Briggs, John R.,Klosin, Jerzy,Whiteker, Gregory T.

, p. 4795 - 4798 (2007/10/03)

(Chemical Equation Presented) We report the use of a highly regioselective rhodium-bisphosphite catalyst for olefin hydroaminomethylation. This catalyst system was successfully applied in the synthesis of two biologically active tertiary amines, ibutilide and aripiprazole.

HYDROAMINOMETHYLATION OF OLEFINS

-

Page/Page column 19, (2010/02/13)

The present invention relates to a method comprising the step of contacting under hydroaminomethylation conditions, an olefin, an amine, a rhodium-phosphorous ligand, and synthesis gas (syngas). In particular, it has been discovered that, under some circumstances, a neutral rhodium-monodentate phosphite ligand is prescribed. The invention provides a simple way of making, in high yields and regiospecificity, a variety of products, including pharmacologically active products such as ibutilide, terfenadine, and fexofenadine, and derivatives thereof.

Antiarrhythmic N-aminoalkylene alkyl and aryl sulfonamides

-

, (2008/06/13)

The present invention provides novel sulfonanilide and benzene-alkylaminium compounds which are the products of processes utilizing novel intermediates. Both the novel compounds and the novel intermediates are useful for the therapeutic or prophylactic treatment of arrhythmic activity.

N-[(ω-amino-1-hydroxyalkyl)phenyl]methanesulfonamide derivatives with Class III antiarrhythmic activity

Hester,Gibson,Cimini,Emmert,Locker,Perricone,Skaletzky,Sykes,West

, p. 308 - 315 (2007/10/02)

N-[4-[4-(Ethylheptylamino)-1-hydroxybutyl]phenyl]methanesulfonamide, (E)-2-butenedioate (2:1) salt (ibutilide fumarate, 2E), has been found to have Class III antiarrhythmic activity. In an in vitro rabbit heart tissue preparation designed to evaluate the
