Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 103956-00-9 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,0,3,9,5 and 6 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 103956-00:
(8*1)+(7*0)+(6*3)+(5*9)+(4*5)+(3*6)+(2*0)+(1*0)=109
109 % 10 = 9
So 103956-00-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
