Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 1047675-63-7 includes 10 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 7 digits, 1,0,4,7,6,7 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1047675-63:
(9*1)+(8*0)+(7*4)+(6*7)+(5*6)+(4*7)+(3*5)+(2*6)+(1*3)=167
167 % 10 = 7
So 1047675-63-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
