Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 105161-35-1 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,0,5,1,6 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 105161-35:
(8*1)+(7*0)+(6*5)+(5*1)+(4*6)+(3*1)+(2*3)+(1*5)=81
81 % 10 = 1
So 105161-35-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

supporting information; experimental part, p. 2255 - 2265 (2011/06/21)

The development of a new series of p38α inhibitors resulted in the identification of two clinical candidates, one of which was advanced into a phase 2 clinical study for rheumatoid arthritis. The original lead, an lck inhibitor that also potently inhibited p38α, was a screening hit from our kinase inhibitor library. This manuscript describes the optimization of the lead to p38-selective examples with good pharmacokinetic properties.

SYNTHESIS WITH NITRILES: 92. SYNTHESIS OF 5-FORMYLCYTOSINE DERIVATIVES

Jachak, Madhukar,Mittelbach, Martin,Junek, Hans

, p. 2281 - 2290 (2007/10/02)

The reactivity of 3-dimethylamino-2-formylpropenenitrile (1) with various amino compounds is studied. Thus, condensation of 1 with anilines gives the corresponding azomethines (2a-c).Reaction of 1 with thiourea and guanidine resp., leads to 5-formylthiocyt
