Magnetic non-equivalence in phosphate esters. Solvent effects on the1H NMR spectrum of dibenzyl 2-pyridylphosphate
Mentz, Marian,Modro, Tomasz A.,Koch, Klaus R.,Van Rooyen, Petrus H.
, p. 125 - 131 (1996)
Methylene protons of benzyl groups in dibenzyl 2-pyridylphosphate show strong magnetic non-equivalence in CDCl3, while the effect is absent in benzene-d6 solutions. The non-equivalence is explained by the intramolecular N → P interac
A simple, rapid and efficient protocol for the selective phosphorylation of phenols with dibenzyl phosphite

, p. 771 - 774 (1996)
Phosphorylation of phenols with dibenzyl phosphite, carbon tetrachloride, N,N-diisopropylethylamine, and catalytic DMAP in acetonitrile at -10°C is rapid, mild, clean, high yielding, and selective.
Small ligands interacting with the phosphotyrosine binding pocket of the Src SH2 protein
Deprez, Pierre,Mandine, Eliane,Gofflo, Dominique,Meunier, Stephane,Lesuisse, Dominique
, p. 1295 - 1298 (2007/10/03)
Various small fragments bearing phosphate, phosphonate or phosphonic acid moieties have been prepared through parallel synthesis and their binding potencies evaluated on the Src SH2 protein using a BIAcore assay. This provided us insight into the requirement of the Src SH2 pTyr binding pocket and some promising small ligands have been characterised.
