The 1,3,5-triazine compound shown as a formula I is provided by the invention, can be used as an electron transport material and, can be used as an electron acceptor material. The composition that can be used for preparing an electron transport layer or an electron donor material is used as a mainbody material of an electroluminescent device, so that the prepared electroluminescent device has the advantages of relatively high efficiency, relatively long service lifetime and the like.
