The invention relates to a water-phase 'one-pot' synthesis method for isoxazole ring containing compounds. An aromatic aldehyde shown as a structure formula III, 2-naphthol shown as a structure formula IV, 3-amino-5-methylisoxazole shown as a structure formula V and acetophenone shown as a structure formula VI are adopted in the method. The aromatic aldehyde shown as the structure formula III, the 3-amino-5-methylisoxazole shown as the structure formula V and the 2-naphthol shown as the a structure formula IV (or the acetophenone shown as the structure formula VI) are adopted as raw materials and reacted at 70-95 DEG C for 1-4 h under existence of an inorganic salt by adopting water as a solvent, a reaction solution is cooled to room temperature and then filtered, and a crude product is recrystallized to obtain a product. The method avoids disadvantages that equipment is corroded and the environment is polluted when inorganic acids are adopted as catalysts, the reaction solvent is environmentally friendly and easily available, the final product is easy to separate and purify, and the reaction yield is high and is 80% or above.

Interaction of 3-benzalamino-5-methylisoxazoles (1) with β-naphthol in acetic acid affords the open chain α-aminomethyl-β-naphthols (2) instead of the expected 1,3-naphthoxazines (3).Treatment of 2 with 1 in acetic acid in the presence of traces of conc.H2SO4 gives the oxazines (3).
