A simple synthesis of oligodeoxyribonucleotides possessing 5'-aminoalkylphosphonate both in solution and solid support is reported.These oligonucleotides have been reacted with the N-hydroxysuccinimide ester of d-biotin and fluoresceine isothiocyanate to give biotinylated and fluoresceinylated oligonucleotides.
