ARYL CARBOXAMIDE DERIVATIVES AS SODIUM CHANNEL INHIBITORS FOR TREATMENT OF PAIN
-
Page/Page column 106, (2011/09/19)
The present invention provides compounds that are inhibitors of voltage-gated sodium channels (Nav), in particular Nav 1.7, and are therefore useful for the treatment of diseases treatable by inhibition of these channels, in particular, chronic pain disorders. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds and processes for preparing such compounds.

-
Page/Page column 83, (2010/08/18)
This disclosure concerns compounds which are useful as inhibitors of protein kinase C (PKC) and are thus useful for treating a variety of diseases and disorders that are mediated or sustained through the activity of PKC. This disclosure also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds, methods of using these compounds in the treatment of various diseases and disorders, processes for preparing these compounds and intermediates useful in these processes.
