The invention provides a series of N-2-alkanoyl-N-6-benzyl-L-lysine compounds of butyryl, valeryl and the like until eicosanoyl. The structural formula of the compound is as shown in a formula (3) of the N-2-alkanoyl-N-6-benzyl-L-lysine, wherein n is ina range of 0-18.

The invention relates to a method for synthesizing N-2-alkyl acyl-N-6-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-L-lysine (hereinafter referred to as compound 1). The method comprises the following steps: taking compound N-2-alkyl acyl-L-lysine and 9-fluorenylmethyl chloroformate as raw materials to react in water or a water-soluble organic solvent or a mixture of the water and the water-soluble organic solvent with an alkali to obtain a reaction solution, concentrating the reaction solution, crystallizing, and filtering to obtain the N-2-alkyl acyl-N-6-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-L-lysine, wherein n = 1-18, the N-2-alkyl acyl-N-6-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-L-lysine is a straight chain compound; Fmoc is fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl. The synthesis method is simple in reaction, relatively high in yield and purity.
