Mass-spectrometric determination of excess Gibbs free energy for at 806 K
Lukas, Wojciech,Kowalska, Maria,Skudlarski, Krzysztof
, p. 885 - 890 (1980)
The molar excess Gibbs free energy GE and excess chemical potentials μE(KReO4) and μE(CsReO4) were determined for (s) at 806 K.The Knudsen-cell mass-spectrometric technique was used. For the empirica
Matrix Isolation Studies on Alkali Metal Perrhenates: the Shape and Vibrational Assignments of Caesium Perrhenate, CsReO4
Arthers, Stephen A.,Beattie, Ian R.,Gomme, Robin A.,Jones, Peter J.,Odgen, J. Steven
, p. 1461 - 1464 (1983)
The matrix i.r. and Raman spectra obtained from the vaporisation of potassium and caesium perrhenate show spectra characteristic of the molecular species MReO4 with C2ν symmetry.Additional 18O enrichment experiments provide an unequivocal assignment for the νrRe-O modes and it is also shown that the bond dipole model leads to a useful simulation of relative band intensities.
Thermodynamic Properties of the RbReO4-CsReO4 System
Lukas, Wojciech
, p. 600 - 603 (2007/10/02)
The excess molar Gibbs free energy GE has been determined by mass spectrometric techniques for the solid phase of the system RbReO4-CsReO4 at 790 K.The liquidus curve of the T-x phase diagram has been determined by thermal analysis. The solidus and the difference between the excess molar Gibbs free energies of the liquid and the solid phases have been calculated. - Key words: Mass Spectrometry / Phase Transitions / Thermodynamics
Temperatures and enthalpies of melting of alkali-metal perrhenates
Lukas, W.,Gaune-Escard, M.
, p. 593 - 598 (2007/10/02)
Melting temperatures and enthalpies of melting were determined for alkali-metal perrhenates by differential enthalpic analysis using a high-temperature Calvet microcalorimeter.The following values were obtained: for LiReO4: 692 K and 24.9 kJ/mol; for NaReO4: 693 K and 33 kJ/mol; for KReO4: 828 K and 36 kJ/mol; for RbReO4: 878 K and 34 kJ/mol; for CsReO4: 893 K and 34 kJ/mol.
