The invention discloses a red phosphorescence compound, and an organic electroluminescence device using same; in the organic electroluminescence device comprising, in a successive deposition manner, apositive electrode, a hole injection layer, a hole transfer layer, a luminescent layer, an electron transmission layer, an electron injection layer, and a negative electrode, a phosphorescence compound, represented as the formula (I), can be employed as the doping agent for the luminescent layer, wherein the R1 to R5 are independently selected from one of H, C1-C6 alkyl group, and C5-C8 cycloalkyl group, and X comprises a trialkylmonosilane structure. The red phosphorescence compound has high efficiency, high color purity and narrow spectrum.
