Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 157302-05-1 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,5,7,3,0 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 157302-05:
(8*1)+(7*5)+(6*7)+(5*3)+(4*0)+(3*2)+(2*0)+(1*5)=111
111 % 10 = 1
So 157302-05-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

A new metastable superconductor Li2Na1NyC60 prepared from azides

Yamasaki,Araki,Zakhidov,Mizobuchi,Yakushi,Yoshino

, p. 265 - 270 (1996)

A new metastable superconductor with nominal composition of Li2Na1NyC60 (y unknown) is prepared by thermal decomposition of lithium azide (LiN3) and sodium azide (NaN3). It is suggested that the superconducting phase in this compound is created by intercalation of the neutral spacer such as NaN3. The superconductivity is examined by a low-field signal of microwave absorption (LFS) and by SQUID. The critical temperature is estimated to be 12 K from SQUID and 14 K from LFS measurement, and the shielding fraction is over 9% at 5 K. Superconducting parameters, such as critical temperature, upper and lower critical fields, coherence length and penetration depth are evaluated and found to be distinct from those in other fulleride superconductors.

The aqueous N-phosphorylation and N-thiophosphorylation of aminonucleosides

Conway, Louis P.,Delley, Richard J.,Neville, Jonathan,Freeman, Gemma R.,Maple, Hannah J.,Chan, Vincent,Hall, Alexander J.,Hodgson, David R. W.

, p. 38663 - 38671 (2014/11/07)

We demonstrate N-phosphorylation and N-thiophosphorylation of unprotected aminonucleosides in aqueous media. N-Phosphorylations using phosphoric chloride and N-thiophosphorylations using thiophosphoryl chloride were explored as functions of pH using 5′-amino-5′-deoxyguanosine as substrate. These reagents were compared to phosphodichloridate and thiophosphodichloridate ions, and the methodology was applied to other aminonucleosides. S-Alkylations of the nucleoside N-thiophosphoramidates were investigated as functions of pH and alkylating agent. the Partner Organisations 2014.
