161807-05-2 Usage

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 161807-05-2 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,6,1,8,0 and 7 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 161807-05:
(8*1)+(7*6)+(6*1)+(5*8)+(4*0)+(3*7)+(2*0)+(1*5)=122
122 % 10 = 2
So 161807-05-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis and properties of optically active 6,6′-didodecyl-1,1′-binaphthyl-phthalocyanine linked through crown ether units

Liu, Hongwei,Liu, Yaohu,Liu, Minghua,Chen, Chuanfu,Xi, Fu

, p. 7083 - 7086 (2001)

A novel optically active 6,6′-didodecyl-1,1′-binaphthyl-metallophthalocyanine linked through crown ether units ((S)-Pc) has been synthesized. A stable monolayer of (S)-Pc that is able to bind metal ions can be formed at the air-water interface. Nonlinear

Synthesis and copper(I)-driven disaggregation of a zinc-complexed phthalocyanine bearing four lateral coordinating rings

Martynov, Alexander G.,Gorbunova, Yulia G.,Nefedov, Sergey E.,Tsivadze, Aslan Y.,Sauvage, Jean-Pierre

, p. 6888 - 6894 (2013/02/22)

A new zinc phthalocyaninate, bearing four flexible phenanthroline- containing 30-membered rings was synthesized by template condensation of a macrocyclic phthalonitrile. The resulting phthalocyanine was an insoluble aggregate. However, in the presence of CuI ions, the formation of a soluble complex was observed. UV/Vis and DOSY NMR spectroscopic studies showed a monomolecular state for this species in solution. 1H-1H ROESY demonstrated that the macrocyclic substituents adopt a folded conformation, giving the complex a globular shape. The folding originates from stacking interactions between the phthalocyanine core and peripheral copper(I)-phenanthroline complexes. Copyright

Novel optically active metal and metal-free phthalocyanines, substituted with 1,1′-binaphthyl crown ether units, have been synthesized and characterized.

Synthesis and supramolecular chemistry of novel liquid crystalline crown ether-substituted phthalocyanines: Toward molecular wires and molecular ionoelectronics

Van Nostrum, Cornelus F.,Picken, Stephen J.,Schouten, Arend-Jan,Nolte, Roeland J. M.

, p. 9957 - 9965 (2007/10/03)

The synthesis of the metal-free and the dihydroxysilicon derivatives of tetrakis[4′,5′-bis(decoxy)benzo-18-crown-6]phthalocyanine is described. The metal-free phthalocyanine is liquid crystalline and exhibits a crystalline phase to mesophase transition at
