The present specification provides a compound of chemical formula 1 and an organic light emitting device comprising the same. The compound described in the present specification can be used as a material for an organic layer of the organic light emitting device. When the compound according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is applied to the organic light emitting device, hole injection characteristics and electron injection and movement of the device are improved, and thus the organic light emitting device having excellent luminous efficiency, low driving voltage, high efficiency and long lifespan can be obtained.
