Trans-2-amino-7-benzoxy-1-tetraol is a complex organic compound with the molecular formula C7H9NO5. It features a benzene ring with a hydroxyl group at the 7-position, an amino group at the 2-position, and three additional hydroxyl groups at unspecified positions. The "trans" configuration indicates that the amino and benzoxy groups are positioned on opposite sides of the molecule. trans-2-amino-7-benzoxy-1-tetraol is known for its potential applications in pharmaceutical research, particularly in the development of new drugs, due to its unique structure and functional groups. It is important to note that the specific properties, reactivity, and applications of trans-2-amino-7-benzoxy-1-tetraol would depend on the exact arrangement of its functional groups and the context in which it is used.

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 2451-66-3 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 2,4,5 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 2451-66:
(6*2)+(5*4)+(4*5)+(3*1)+(2*6)+(1*6)=73
73 % 10 = 3
So 2451-66-3 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Carbon-11 labeled (+)-4-[1-11C]propyl-3,4,4a,5,6,10b-hexahydro- 2H-naphtho[1,2-b][1,4]oxazin-9-ol ([1-11C]-(+)-PHNO) is a dopamine D3-preferring agonist radiopharmaceutical used for medical imaging by positron emission tomography (PET). We report the synthesis of (+)-PHNO using supercritical fluid chromatography for enantiomeric resolution of its norpropyl derivative, HNO, followed by propylation. (+)-HNO was used to prepare the radiolabeling precursor, (+)-trans-4-acetyl-9-triisopropylsilyloxy-2,3,4a,5,6, 10b-hexahydro-4H-naphth[1,2b][1,4]oxazine, in 12 steps. Modifications to the labeling procedure were made to ensure consistent preparation of [3- 11C]-(+)-PHNO via [11C]CH3I. A preliminary PET imaging study was carried out with this tracer in an attempt to image dopamine receptors in brown adipose tissue (brown fat) in vivo.
