Copper-catalyzed enantioselective conjugate addition of dialkylzinc reagents to enones with new peptidyl phosphane ligands
Breit, Bernhard,Laungani, Andy Ch.
, p. 3823 - 3826 (2007/10/03)
Copper catalysts based on new peptidyl phosphane ligands have been developed for enantioselective conjugate additions of dialkylzinc reagents to cyclic enones. Enantioselectivities greater than 97% ee have been observed.
Reaction of [(Cp2TiCH3)(THF)+] [BPh4-] with tripeptide derivatives: Formation of cationic (peptide)titanocene complexes
Harmsen, Dirk,Erker, Gerhard,Froehlich, Roland,Kehr, Gerald
, p. 3156 - 3171 (2007/10/03)
A series of Z- and Boc-protected tripeptide methyl esters [Z-/Boc-5 to -12(pept)] was prepared using the amino acids glycine, alanine and valine. In both the alanine and the valine series a single glycine unit was introduced and its position inside the tr
