Usage

General Description

Herbac is a herbicide composed of two active ingredients, tribenuron-methyl and florasulam, designed to control broadleaf weeds in wheat and barley crops. Tribenuron-methyl inhibits the enzyme acetolactate synthase (ALS) in susceptible plants, leading to the disruption of protein and DNA synthesis and ultimately plant death. Florasulam works by inhibiting the enzyme protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO), causing a buildup of toxic porphyrins and leading to cell death. Herbac is formulated as a water-dispersible granule for easy application and effective control of problematic weeds such as wild radish, capeweed, and sow thistle. It is important to follow label instructions and safety precautions when using Herbac to ensure proper application and minimize environmental impact.
