Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 264265-63-6 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 2,6,4,2,6 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 264265-63:
(8*2)+(7*6)+(6*4)+(5*2)+(4*6)+(3*5)+(2*6)+(1*3)=146
146 % 10 = 6
So 264265-63-6 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Amphiphilic ??-conjugated poly(m-phenylene) photosensitizer for the Eu3+ ion: The role of macromolecular chain aggregation on the color tunability of lanthanides

Balamurugan,Reddy,Jayakannan

experimental part, p. 10789 - 10800 (2011/11/07)

Here, we report new carboxylic functionalized poly(phenylene)s and their oligomers as selective and efficient photosensitizers for Eu3+ ions. Palladium-catalyzed Suzuki polycondensation was developed for the synthesis of carboxylic functionaliz

Phosphazene bases for the preparation of biaryl thioethers from aryl iodides and arenethiols

Palomo, Claudio,Oiarbide, Mikel,López, Rosa,Gómez-Bengoa, Enrique

, p. 1283 - 1286 (2007/10/03)

In the presence of phosphazene P2-Et base as well as 1,8- diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) the coupling of aryl iodides with arenethiois only requires catalytic amounts of CuBr. Under these conditions the reaction can be performed in refluxing toluene to give biaryl thioethers in excellent yields. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd.
