Application of propionitrile compound in enhancing lysosome generation

The invention belongs to the field of biological pharmacy, and particularly relates to application of a propionitrile compound in enhancing lysosome generation. The propionitrile compound can inhibitthe combination of a 14-3-3 protein and a TFEB protein so as to inhibit the expression of TFEB (Ser210), induces TFEB nuclear translocation, and enhances the transcription activity of TFEB, so as to induce the expression of lysosome related genes and increase the generation of lysosome, and the neurotoxicity induced by A[beta]25-35 is obviously protected. The compound can increase the lysosome output, improve lysosome function, and treat neurodegenerative diseases.
