Uses
Used in Pharmaceutical Industry:
Troxipide is used as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) due to its ability to inhibit chemotactic migration and superoxide generation in the gastric mucosa. This action helps in reducing inflammation and promoting healing of the affected tissues in the gastrointestinal tract.
Additionally, Troxipide is used as an antiulcer agent to improve gastric glycoprotein metabolism and blood flow, which contributes to the overall health and integrity of the stomach lining. This dual action makes Troxipide a valuable asset in the management and treatment of various gastrointestinal disorders.

Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 30751-05-4 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 3,0,7,5 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 30751-05:
(7*3)+(6*0)+(5*7)+(4*5)+(3*1)+(2*0)+(1*5)=84
84 % 10 = 4
So 30751-05-4 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Troxipide preparation method
-
Paragraph 0066-0085, (2019/02/27)
The invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical chemical synthesis and relates to a troxipide preparation method. The preparation method includes steps: 1) preparing 3,4,5-triethoxy benzoyl chloride from 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid and triphosgene in an organic solvent under the catalytic action of an amine catalyst, subjecting to condensation reaction with 3-aminopyridine in an organic solvent in existence of inorganic base, and performing aftertreatment to obtain 3,4,5-triethoxy-N-3-pyridylbenzamide; 2) subjecting the 3,4,5-triethoxy-N-3-pyridylbenzamide to catalytic hydrogenation to obtain a crude product of troxipide, and refining to obtain troxipide. The troxipide preparation method has advantages of easiness in raw material acquisition, short reaction steps, mild conditions, simplicity in aftertreatment, high product quality, high purity and suitableness for industrial production.
