Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 31545-32-1 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 3,1,5,4 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 31545-32:
(7*3)+(6*1)+(5*5)+(4*4)+(3*5)+(2*3)+(1*2)=91
91 % 10 = 1
So 31545-32-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

A thiazole and pyridine ester compound and its preparation method
-
Paragraph 0018; 0023; 0026, (2018/01/19)
The invention relates to a thienopyridine ester compound and a preparation method thereof. The thienopyridine ester compound is 6-chloro-2-thiazole [4, 5-b] picolinic acid methyl ester. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining benzoyl protected thiourea-containing derivative compound 2 by using a compound 13,5-dichloro-2-aminopyridine as a starting material in the presence of benzoyl chloride and ammonium thiocyanate; (2) hydrolyzing the compound 2 so as to obtain a thiourea derivative compound 3; (3) carrying out ring-closing reaction on the compound 3 under the action of sodium hydride so as to generate a compound 4; (4) deaminizing the compound 4 by using isoamyl nitrite so as to obtain a target compound 5; and (5) carrying out catalytic carbonyl insertion on the compound 5 by using carbon monoxide so as to obtain a target compound 6. The preparation method is a 6-chloro-2-thiazole [4, 5-b] picolinic acid methyl ester preparation method which has the advantages that raw materials are low in cost, and the synthetic method is simple. The product prepared by the method has a wide application prospect in the preparation of anti-inflammatory medicines.
