Method for preparing N-methoxymethylamine compound
-
Paragraph 0039, (2018/01/09)
The invention provides a method for preparing an N-methoxymethylamine compound. The method comprises that oxygen or air as an oxygen source and methanol as a solvent undergoes a selective oxidation reaction to produce formaldehyde under catalysis action and the formaldehyde and amine undergo a nucleophilic reaction so that methanol condensation is further finished and the N-methoxymethylamine compound is obtained. The method has a high raw material use ratio. The used catalyst is cheap and easily obtainable, is easy to recover, can be recycled and can be easily separated from a product. The product has excellent performances, is easy to separate and purify and has high purity. The method has the great significance for alleviating the excess production capacity of methanol and developing downstream products of methanol.
