Preparation method of cylindrical dicloxacillin sodium crystals

The invention provides a preparation method of cylindrical dicloxacillin sodium crystals. A supersaturated solution of dicloxacillin sodium is prepared, crystallization is performed in the supersaturated solution, and the cylindrical dicloxacillin sodium crystals are obtained, wherein an organic solvent of the supersaturated solution contains 74%-100% by volume of an alcohol solvent and 0-26% of an assistant agent, and content of impurity water in the organic solvent is lower than or equal to 3.5wt%. The method is simple and feasible, the obtained product has excellent performance, good geometrical crystallographic appearance, higher purity and yield and few impurities, solid-liquid separation is easy in the preparation process, difficulty of production operation is reduced obviously, production period is shortened remarkably, and the method has wide industrial application prospect.
