Preparation method of demethylated rosuvastatin calcium

The invention discloses a preparation method of demethylated rosuvastatin calcium. A novel method for preparing the demethylated rosuvastatin calcium by taking a compound as shown in formula II as a raw material, introducing benzyl, then reducing and carrying out chlorination, removing the benzyl to generate triphenylphosphine salt, then carrying out reaction including condensation and the like isdeveloped through analyzing an electron cloud environment in a reactant molecule. According to the preparation method, the benzyl is introduced and a molecule electronic environment is changed; reduction reaction of a compound IV is carried out smoothly, a reduction product V is solidified and separation and purification of a later period are facilitated, so that the route has high reaction yieldand aftertreatment is simple and convenient; the preparation method is more suitable for batch production of the demethylated rosuvastatin calcium.
