PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oxo-hydroquinazolines that are useful as selective thyroid stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR) agonists and may be used for detecting or treating thyroid cancer, or treating a bone degenerative disorder. SOLUTION: The present invention provides compounds represented by a formula in the figure.
