Aerobic oxidative synthesis of 3,5-disubstituted isoxazoles directly from α,β-unsaturated ketones
Li, Zheng,Wen, Gong,Fu, Rugang,Yang, Jingya
, p. 643 - 644 (2016/10/22)
Using an efficient aerobic oxidative method, the synthesis of ten 3,5-disubstituted isoxazoles by treatment of α,β-unsaturated ketones with hydroxylamine and NaOH at room temperature has been achieved.
CATALYTIC REACTION
-
Paragraph 0033; 0037, (2015/10/05)
A catalytic reaction comprises several steps: providing a catalyst, wherein the catalyst is metal or metal oxide particles and at least have {110} crystal plane; using the catalyst when performing a cycloaddition reaction. By using the catalyst with high
BEHAVIOR OF UNSYMMETRICAL 1,2-DIARYLCYCLOPROPANES UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF NITROSATION
Saginova, L. G.,Kukhareva, I. L.,Lebedev, A. T.,Shabarov, Yu. S.
, p. 1631 - 1638 (2007/10/02)
Isomeric 3,5-diaryl-4,5-dihydroisoxazoles were obtained as a result of the reaction of unsymmetrical 1,2-diarylcyclopropanes, differing in the nature of substituents in the benzene rings, with sodium nitrite in a mixture of chloroform and trifluoroacetic
Synthesis of New Isoxazoles from Isoxazolines, Chalkones, Chalkone Dibromides, Epoxides and Acetylated Ketoximes and Their Conversion into Novel Heterocycles
Elkasaby, M. A.,Salem, M. A. I.
, p. 571 - 575 (2007/10/02)
A convenient and easy conversion of 2-isoxazolines (II) to isoxazoles (V) via N-bromosuccinimide bromination and subsequent dehydrobromination with bases is described. The isoxazoles have also been synthesized from chalkones (I), chalkone dibromides (III)
