Green preparation method for BIHOBS and application thereof in field of preservation
-
Paragraph 0083; 0084, (2018/04/03)
The invention discloses a green preparation method for BIHOBS and an application thereof in the field of preservation. The preparation method includes the following steps: p-hydroxyphenylmethylthiosulphonate reacts with p-hydroxybenzylalcohol, and after reaction is complete, post-processing is carried out, so that tall gastrodia rhizome extract BIHOBS is obtained. The preparation method does not need high pressure, does not produce odor, and is high in efficiency. Moreover, when the tall gastrodia rhizome extract BIHOBS is applied to the field of preservation, a good anti-browning effect can be achieved.
