The invention discloses a synthesizing method for a chloroacetamide compound. In a reaction kettle, a secondary amine compound is dissolved in an organic solvent, the mixture is heated for reflux, chloroacetyl chloride is added into the mixture, a reflux reaction is conducted for 0.5-20 hours, and the chloroacetamide compound is obtained. According to the synthesizing method for the chloroacetamide compound, an acid binding agent is not used, discharging of wastewater in the after-treatment process is reduced, by keeping the reflux state of the system, hydrogen chloride gas generated from thereaction is exhausted out of the system and absorbed by water outside the system, high-purity hydrochloric acid is obtained, the waste is turned into wealth, the method comes up to the production standard of safety and environment protection, and discharging of waste gas, waste water and waste residues is reduced; according to the synthesizing method for the chloroacetamide compound, few operationsteps are utilized, the reaction speed is high, the product yield is high, the purity is high, the production cost is low, and the method is safe, friendly to the environment and suitable for industrial large-scale production.

The invention discloses a method used for preparing pretilachlor. The method comprises a step used for preparing pretilachlor. According to the method, ethylene glycol monopropyl ether is reacted with thionyl chloride so as to obtain chloric ether; chloric ether and aniline are subjected to condensation reaction so as to obtain a condensation product; the condensation product is subjected to rectification so as to obtain rectified N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-2,2'-oxybis(ethylamine); and rectified N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-2,2'-oxybis(ethylamine) is subjected to acylation so as to obtain pretilachlor. The method is capable of increasing production efficiency, reducing production cost, improving production environment, and increasing yield of pretilachlor obviously.

The invention discloses a pretilachlor synthesis method. The pretilachlor synthesis method comprises steps as follows: sodium propanolate is dissolved in an organic solvent I, 2-chloroacetaldehyde dimethyl acetal is added dropwise, and heat is preserved until the reaction is performed completely; propoxy acetaldehyde dimethyl acetal and tetrahydrofuran are mixed, aqueous acid is added, and heat is preserved until the reaction is performed completely; 3-propoxy propionaldehyde, 2,6-diethyl aniline and an organic solvent II are mixed, a catalyst is added, hydrogen is introduced until certain pressure is obtained, and heat is preserved until the reaction is performed completely; amidogen ether, a sodium hydroxide solution and methylbenzene are mixed, chloroacetyl chloride is added dropwise at certain temperature, heat is preserved until the reaction is performed completely, and pretilachlor is prepared. With the adoption of the method, high-quality pretilachlor can be obtained.
