Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 51909-56-9 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 5,1,9,0 and 9 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 5 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 51909-56:
(7*5)+(6*1)+(5*9)+(4*0)+(3*9)+(2*5)+(1*6)=129
129 % 10 = 9
So 51909-56-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis of the new adducts of imines and enamines with PH acids and their derivatives

Prishchenko, Andrey A.,Livantsov, Mikhail V.,Novikova, Olga P.,Livantsova, Ludmila I.,Milaeva, Elena R.

experimental part, p. 70 - 80 (2009/09/06)

Nucleophilic or radical addition of esters of trivalent organophosphorus acids with PH fragments to various imines and enamines is proposed as convenient methods for the synthesis of new substituted aminomethyl organophosphorus compounds with three-, four-, and five-coordinated phosphorus. Also the new functionalized derivatives of these compounds with acyl and methanesulfonyl moieties are synthesized, and some properties of the obtained compounds are presented. 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

Reactions of hydrophosphoryl compounds with Schiff bases in the presence of CdI2

, p. 480 - 483 (2007/10/03)

The reaction of hydrophosphoryl compounds with aldimines and ketimines in the presence of catalytic amounts of cadmium iodide was investigated. A simple preparative method for the synthesis of α-aminophosphonates, phosphinates, and tertiary phosphine oxid

Synthesis and Properties of N-Silylated α-Amino Phosphonates

Pudovik,Saakyan,Khairullin,Pudovik

, p. 1878 - 1880 (2007/10/03)

Diethyl α-(N-methyl-N-trimethylsilylamino)benzylphosphonate was prepared by addition of diethyl phosphonate to N-methylbenzalimine, followed by silylation of the resulting amino phosphonate. Reaction of this product with acetone, benzaldehyde, and p-bromobenzaldehyde yields corresponding addition products, siloxy phosphonates, which can be converted to hydroxy phosphonates by methanolysis under mild conditions. Siloxy and hydroxy phosphonates decompose on heating to give the initial methylaminobenzylphosphonate.
