Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 52991-03-4 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 5,2,9,9 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 52991-03:
(7*5)+(6*2)+(5*9)+(4*9)+(3*1)+(2*0)+(1*3)=134
134 % 10 = 4
So 52991-03-4 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Two-dimensional perovskite chiral ferromagnets

Li, Xiang-Yang,Liu, Xiao-Fei,Shao, Xiangfeng,Sun, Bing,Yang, Dezheng,Zhang, Hao-Li,Zhang, Yamin

, p. 8914 - 8920 (2020/12/09)

Magnetic molecular materials with a chiral configuration are attractive candidates for sensing, information storage, and spintronics. Herein, we report the first example of two-dimensional hybrid perovskite chiral ferromagnets, (R-MPEA)2CuCl4 and (S-MPEA)2CuCl4. These two compounds exhibit strong oppositely signed circular dichroism signals and clear ferromagnetic behaviors. Magnetic measurements revealed high saturation magnetization up to 12.5 emu g-1. The coexistence of strong chirality and ferromagnetism enabled successful study on their magneto-chiral dichroism spectra. These findings demonstrate a new materials platform for future magneto-optical and spintronic applications, providing insights to the structure-property correlation of chiral ferromagnetic perovskite.
