Usage

General Description

(4-amino-3-nitrophenyl)arsonic acid, also known as Roxarsone, is a chemical compound used as a feed additive in poultry and swine production to promote growth and prevent disease. It contains an arsenic atom and has been found to have potential environmental and health risks. The compound has been banned in several countries due to concerns about the accumulation of arsenic in the environment and potential adverse health effects in humans from consuming meat products treated with it.
