Water-soluble squaraine derivative, synthetic method thereof and application thereof to detection of aldehyde compound
-
Paragraph 0038-0041, (2019/07/01)
The invention discloses a water-soluble squaraine derivative, a synthetic method thereof and application thereof to detection of an aldehyde compound. The water-soluble squaraine derivative is a squaraine derivative being modified by an ethoxymethyl ether derivative side chain. A water solution of the water-soluble squaraine derivative is blue, a sensing solution prepared after reaction with hydrazine hydrate turns to colorless rapidly, and meanwhile ultraviolet visible absorption and fluorescent emission change remarkably. The fluorescent emission, ultraviolet visible absorption and solutioncolor are recovered along with the continuous adding of the aldehyde compound, so that the rapid, selective and sensitive sensing of the aldehyde compound is realized. The synthetic method of the water-soluble squaraine derivative provided by the invention is simple, the raw materials are readily available, and the prepared sensing solution has good sensing selectivity, high speed and remarkable color change. By adopting the Turn-on sensing mode, the sensing solution has tremendous development potential in the aspects of distinguishing detection and sensitivity detection of the aldehyde compound, and is an aldehyde compound detection sensing solution with superior comprehensive performance.

Imidazolium-functionalized squaraine ImSQ8 is synthesized as a sensitive colorimetric and fluorescent chemosensor for GTP in aqueous solution. The detection limit of GTP reaches 5.4 ppb. Its applications in the live-cell imaging and enzyme activity assay have also been demonstrated. This journal is the Partner Organisations 2014.
