The synthesis and X-ray structure of the first N-based tetrameric complex were reported. Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis showed a nearly perfect tetrahedral Al4 framework. The 1H NMR spectrum recorded at room temperature showed broad signals, which can be attributed to the hindered rotation of the sterically rotation of the sterically bulky groups.
