Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 61330-07-2 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 6,1,3,3 and 0 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 61330-07:
(7*6)+(6*1)+(5*3)+(4*3)+(3*0)+(2*0)+(1*7)=82
82 % 10 = 2
So 61330-07-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Pyridine-Based PCP-Ruthenium Complexes: Unusual Structures and Metal-Ligand Cooperation

Tang, Shan,Von Wolff, Niklas,Diskin-Posner, Yael,Leitus, Gregory,Ben-David, Yehoshoa,Milstein, David

, p. 7554 - 7561 (2019)

Metal-ligand cooperation (MLC) by dearomatization/aromatization provides a unique way for bond activation, which has led to the discovery of various acceptorless dehydrogenative coupling reactions. However, most of the studies are based on pincer complexes with a central nitrogen donor. Aiming at exploration of the possibility of MLC by PCP-type pincer complexes, we report herein the synthesis, characterization, structure, and reactivity of pyridine-based PCP-Ru complexes. X-ray structures and DFT calculations indicate a carbenoid character of quaternized pyridine-based PCP-Ru complexes. These complexes undergo dearomatization by direct deprotonation, and the dearomatized complex can react with hydrogen, alcohols, or nitriles to regain aromatization via MLC.

Phase Transfer Catalysis. Part-II: Studies of a Few Michael Reactions of Synthetic Utility under Phase Transfer Catalysis

A few Michael condensations with ethyl cyanoacetate, diethyl malonate, benzyl cyanide, o-methylbenzyl cyanide and benzyl methyl ketone as donors and 4-methylpent-3-en-2-one (mesityl oxide), ethyl acrylate, methyl crotonate and methyl α,α-dimethylacrylate

Methods of inducing sedation using certain spiroalkanone-imides

-

, (2008/06/13)

Compounds having the general formula: SPC1 Wherein R1 and R2 represent hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, or nitro, and wherein R1 and R2 may be the same or different. R3 may be hydrogen or lower alkyl, and X and Y may be one or two. They have been found to be useful sedative type depressants of the central nervous system. Most of the compounds having the general formula indicated above are new but others such as 2,3-dihydrospiro[naphthalene-1(4H),3'-piperidine]-2',4,6'-trione which has useful sedative properties have been reported in the literature.
