, (2019)
Activated carbon with different microporous surface area were used to prepare a series of Ru/AC catalysts for the hydrogenation of dioctyl phthalate (DOP) to dioctyl 1,2-cyclohexanedicarboxylate (DOCH). The presence of micropores benefit the dispersion of Ru, but Ru particles encapsulated into the micropores can be hardly accessed by DOP molecule. An appropriate microporous surface area of the support should be crucial important for the preparation of highly efficient catalyst for phthalates hydrogenation. The as-prepared 0.45%Ru/AC-2 catalyst (Micropore surface area = 604 m2/g) exhibited the best activity in DOP hydrogenation with a TOF of 1406 h?1 due to its suitable micropore surface area.

Paragraph 0018; 0020; 0022; 0024; 0026; 0028; 0030; 0032, (2017/12/28)
The invention discloses a production method for a cyclohexane-1,2-diformate plasticizer. The production method comprises the following steps: 1, compound catalyst preparation: evenly configuring disulfate with metal powder with the particle diameter of 40 to 100 meshes according to a mass ratio of (2 to 5) to 1 to obtain a compound catalyst; 2, by utilizing cyclohexane-1,2-dioctyl phthalate and alcohol as materials according to a molar ratio of the cyclohexane-1,2-dioctyl phthalate to the alcohol of 1 to (2 to 3), adding the compound catalyst of 0.1% to 1% of the total mass of the materials into a reaction kettle, stirring under normal pressure, reacting for 3 to 5 hours under 140 to 170 DEG C, cooling and separating to obtain the cyclohexane-1,2-diformate plasticizer. The catalyst of the production method has the advantages of environmental friendliness, economy, easiness in preparation, not waste acid generation, longer service life, flexible mass composition matching, moderate catalyzing activity, pure product, easiness in separation and low equipment requirement. The cyclohexane-1,2-diformate plasticizer synthesizing method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simpleness, no other byproduct generation, no complex product separation device, convenience in operation and easiness in industrial control; furthermore, energy consumption is greatly is reduced, and investment cost is reduced.
Preparation method of 1,2-cyclohexyl diformate plasticizer
-
Paragraph 0016, (2017/06/20)
The invention provides a preparation method of a 1,2-cyclohexyl diformate plasticizer. According to the method, 1,2-cyclohexyl diformic acid and monohydric alcohol as raw materials are subjected to esterification for 0.5-48 h at the temperature of 80-250 DEG C under the action of catalysis, and a 1,2-cyclohexyl diformate product is obtained through reduced pressure distillation. 1,2-cyclohexyl diformate is a non-toxic plasticizer and can be applied to fields of the plastic industry, the rubber industry and the like instead of phthalate. The yield of the product prepared with the method is high, the product is easy to separate, and the method is environment-friendly and has good application prospect.
