Usage

General Description

3,3'-Dihydroxydiphenylamine is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C12H11NO2. It is commonly used as an antioxidant and stabilizer in a variety of industrial applications, including rubber and petroleum products. It is also used as an intermediate in the production of dyes, pigments, and pharmaceuticals. 3,3'-DIHYDROXYDIPHENYLAMINE is a white to slightly yellow solid with a melting point of 290-295°C and a boiling point of 330°C. It is highly soluble in organic solvents such as acetone, ethanol, and benzene, but is insoluble in water. 3,3'-Dihydroxydiphenylamine is also known by other names such as A-33, Santoflex A, and Flexzone A, and it is considered to be a relatively safe chemical with low toxicity and minimal environmental impact.
