The influence of the nature of the quaternizing agent and substrate on the quaternization of heterocyclic amines, derivatives of pyridine, ss-picoline, nicotinamide, pyridoxine, was studied. The synthesized compounds were characterized by IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis.
