Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 7361-43-5 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 7,3,6 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 4 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 7361-43:
(6*7)+(5*3)+(4*6)+(3*1)+(2*4)+(1*3)=95
95 % 10 = 5
So 7361-43-5 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

THERAPEUTIC AGENT FOR PRURITUS
-
, (2010/11/03)
The present inventors isolated clone BM095 from a human antibody phage library, which had a strong growth inhibitory activity in the IL-31-dependent Ba/F3 cell growth assay system. When administered to pruritus model mice, the anti-mouse NR10 neutralizing antibody exhibited a marked symptom-suppressing effect. Thus, it was revealed that anti-NR10 neutralizing antibodies are useful as therapeutic agents for pruritus.
