Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 7545-24-6 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 7,5,4 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 4 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 7545-24:
(6*7)+(5*5)+(4*4)+(3*5)+(2*2)+(1*4)=106
106 % 10 = 6
So 7545-24-6 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Oil soluble molybdenum amine complex and preparation method thereof

-

Paragraph 0034, (2017/07/19)

The invention discloses an oil soluble molybdenum amine complex and a preparation method of the oil soluble molybdenum amine complex. The method adopts long-chain saturated fatty acid as the starting material, acylchlorination reaction is carried out on the long-chain saturated fatty acid and thionyl chloride to obtain 1-chloro saturated fatty acid, then amidation reaction is carried out on the 1-chloro saturated fatty acid and diethanol amine to obtain saturated fatty acid amide, and finally complexation is carried out on the saturated fatty acid amide and a molybdenum trioxide solution so as to obtain the oil soluble molybdenum amine complex. The prepared molybdenum amine complex has good oil solubility, solves the poor oil solubility, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and friction reduction and other problems difficult to overcome in existing products, at the same time significantly reduces the adding amount of high sulfur and phosphorus components, and has enormous boosting effect on organic molybdenum series lubricating products currently under research in China, thus promoting nationalization of high-end lubricating oil and efficient utilization and high added value of molybdenum resources.

Sulfonate type biomass surface active agent and synthetic method

-

Paragraph 0054; 0055, (2017/03/14)

The present invention relates to the field of organic compound synthesis, and specifically, relates to a sulfonate-type biomass surfactant based on a fatty acid methyl ester and a synthesis method thereof. A main component of city restaurant and kitchen swill waste oil is the fatty acid methyl ester. The sulfonate-type biomass surfactant based on the fatty acid methyl ester is prepared from the following steps: preparing fatty acid alkanolamide, and carrying out a sulfopropyl reaction. The sulfonate-type biomass surfactant based on the fatty acid methyl ester is applied in the field of oil production. The sulfonate-type biomass surfactant synthesized in the present invention has better surface activity and interfacial activity, is non-toxic, non-hazardous and degradable, does less harm to an environment and a stratum layer, can replace a conventional petroleum diesel-based surfactant, achieves purposes of resourceful comprehensive utilization of city restaurant and kitchen swill and added value improvement, and has a good application prospect; in addition, a synthesis reaction condition is mild, a preparation process is simple, and the process is reasonable, applying to scale production; the surfactant is used as an oil washing agent of a chemical flooding system in oil drilling, improves an oil washing effect, and thus improves a crude oil recovery rate.

Low molecular weight PEI-based biodegradable lipopolymers as gene delivery vectors

Xun, Miao-Miao,Zhang, Xue-Chao,Zhang, Ji,Jiang, Qian-Qian,Yi, Wen-Jing,Zhu, Wen,Yu, Xiao-Qi

, p. 1242 - 1250 (2013/03/29)

Non-viral gene vectors play an important role in the development of gene therapy. In this report, different hydrophobic chains were introduced into low molecular weight (LMW) PEI-based biodegradable oligomers to form a series of lipopolymers (LPs), and their structure-activity relationships were studied. Results revealed that the nine polymers can condense plasmid DNA well to form nanoparticles with appropriate sizes (120-250 nm) and positive zeta-potentials (+25-40 V). In vitro experiments were carried out and it was found that LP2 showed much higher transfection efficiency both in the presence and in the absence of serum under the polymer/DNA weight ratio of 0.8 in A549 cells.

N-palmitoylethanolamide derivatives: Synthesis and studies on anticonvulsant and antidepressant activities

Guan, Li-Ping,Sui, Xin,Deng, Xian-Qing,Zhao, Dong-Hai,Qu, You-Le,Quan, Zhe-Shan

experimental part, p. 601 - 606 (2012/04/10)

A series novel of N-palmitoylethanolamide derivatives was synthesized and screened for their anticonvulsant and antidepressant activities. Anticonvulsant activities and neurotoxicities of compounds when injected intraperitoneally (i.p.) were determined by maximal electroshock seizure (MES) test and a rotarod test, respectively, in mice. Only four of the synthesized compounds (3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d) showed anticonvulsant activity at a dose of 100 mg/kg. Six compounds showed reduced immobility durations during the forced swimming test at a dose of 10 mg/kg, indicative of antidepressant activity. Among the compounds, N-(3-hydroxypropyl)cinnamamide (3a) was the most promising compound and significantly reduced the duration of immobility duration by 23.36% at a dose of 10 mg/kg compared with the control (P0.01). -

, (2008/06/13)

A method of lowering the free fatty acid content in sebum on the skin surface by topically applying a member of a certain class of fatty acid amides to the affected skin area. Oleic acid diethanolamide is illustrated as a representative of the useful class. After cleansing, rinsing and drying the skin area to be treated, the fatty acid amide formulation is applied thereto and left thereon for beneficial action to occur.
