, p. 2277 - 2279 (2004)
Combinatorial library of isoxazoles was prepared by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition on solid support. p-Cyano derivatives showed nematic and/or smectic A phases. A bilayer smectic phase for 2h is proposed by the combination of molecular mechanics calculation and X-ray diffraction experiment.
A direct access to isoxazoles from ynones using trimethylsilyl azide as amino surrogate under metal/catalyst free conditions
Kumar, Gadi Ranjith,Kumar, Yalla Kiran,Reddy, Maddi Sridhar
supporting information, p. 6589 - 6592 (2016/06/01)
A general method for isoxazoles from readily available ynones using trimethylsilyl azide as an amino surrogate, likely via an unprecedented hydroazidation of the alkyne and denitrogenative cyclization, is demonstrated. The method neither required any cata
Regioselective synthesis and slow-release suzuki-miyaura cross-coupling of MIDA boronate-functionalized isoxazoles and triazoles
Grob, Jonathan E.,Nunez, Jill,Dechantsreiter, Michael A.,Hamann, Lawrence G.
, p. 10241 - 10248 (2012/02/05)
The efficient preparation of heterocycles with a range of substitutions ortho to heteroatoms remains as a challenge in organic synthesis, particularly relevant to the construction of druglike molecules due to the ubiquitous presence of such moieties in th
