Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 873555-18-1 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 8,7,3,5,5 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 1 and 8 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 873555-18:
(8*8)+(7*7)+(6*3)+(5*5)+(4*5)+(3*5)+(2*1)+(1*8)=201
201 % 10 = 1
So 873555-18-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Fluorescent hydrogel and method for producing the same, and sensor for measuring saccharides using the same

-

Paragraph 0171, (2014/09/16)

To provide a fluorescent hydrogel having superior detectability of saccharides such as glucose and minimal invasiveness, a method for producing the same, and a sensor for measuring saccharides using the same. A florescent hydrogel having a structure repre

Saccharide-measuring fluorescent monomer, saccharide-measuring fluorescent sensor substance, and implantable, saccharide-measuring sensor

-

Page/Page column 15, (2008/06/13)

A fluorescent monomer compound represented by the following formula (1) is provided: wherein Q, Q′ and D3 may be the same or different, may be combined together into a fused ring, and are each a substituent selected from the group consisting of

SOLID-PHASE SACCHARIDE SENSING COMPOUNDS

-

Page 19, (2008/06/13)

The present invention provides solid-phase saccharide dyes. The dyes are bisboronic acids covalently bonded to a solid substrate. The dyes selectively conjugate with saccharides, particularly glucose, and register a signal. The signal is proportional to the quantity of saccharide. Thus, the dyes of the present invention are useful for measuring and monitoring saccharide levels, particularly in biological fluids such as blood.
