AMINO GROUP AND [18F] FLUORINE-INTRODUCED PROTON-EMITTING TOMOGRAPHIC RADIOACTIVE COMPOUND
-
Paragraph 0090, (2020/09/09)
The present invention relates to a radioactive compound used for positron emission tomography (PET) targeting brain neuroinflammation. The compound according to the present invention comprises an amine group and [^18F]fluorine-introduced PET radioactive compound. According to the present invention, the novel PET radioactive compound for targeting brain neuroinflammation, in which [^18F]fluorophenyl (or [^18F]fluoroalkyl) and an optimized amide group are introduced into various mother nucleus structures, is developed to be used for diagnosing brain neuroinflammation, so that an effect of providing ideal pharmacokinetic information for brain neuroinflammation images can be achieved through the compound showing high TSPO affinity.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020

The chemoselective SN2 reaction of ω-bromoacetophenone with sodium cyanide or potassium cyanide in DMF-water or in biphasic solvent toluene-water using tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) as phase-transfer catalyst, performed by grinding, furnished 3-oxopropanenitriles 2 as the sole product in 70-80% yield, while in ethanolwater, mixture of compound 2 and oxirane 3 were obtained. The obtained 3-oxopropanenitriles 2 were used for one pot synthesis of 2-amino-3-carbonitrile thiophenes.
