Drug carrier based on sulfonium lipidosome structure and preparation method and application of drug carrier
-
Paragraph 0049; 0067-0069, (2019/08/14)
The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, in particular to a sulfonium compound shown as a general formula (A), and discloses a preparation method of the compound. The compound is poly-condensed with genes to form a nanometer compound with the particle size of 100-300 nm and Zeta potential of +20-+40. The gene loading capability of the sulfonium compound enables the sulfonium compound to have potential application in gene transfer.
Combinatorial synthesis of PEG oligomer libraries
-
Page/Page column 9, (2010/02/15)
A simple chain-extending approach was established for the scale-up of the monoprotected monodisperse PEG diol materials. Reactions of THP-(OCH2CH2)n—OMs (n=4, 8, 12) with a large excess of commercially available H—(OCH2CH2)n—OH (n=1-4) under basic conditions led to THP-(OCH2CH2)n—OH (n=5-15). Similarly, Me-(OCH2CH2)n—OH (n=4-11, 13) were prepared from Me-(OCH2CH2)n—OMs (n=3, 7, 11). For the chain elongation steps, 40-80% yields were achieved through extraction purification. PEG oligomer libraries I and II were generated in 50-95% overall yields by alkylation or acylation of THP-(OCH2CH2)n—OH (n=1-15) followed by deprotection. Alkylation of Me-(OCH2CH2)n—OH (n=1-11, 13) with X—(CH2)m—CO2R (X=Br or OMs) and subsequent hydrolysis led to PEG oligomer library III in 30-60% overall yields. Combinatorial purification techniques were adapted to the larger-scale library synthesis. A total of 498 compounds, each with a weight of 2-5 g and a minimum purity of 90%, were synthesized.
Anionic alkoxylate surfactant from conjugated unsaturated alcohol
-
Example 5, (2008/06/13)
This invention relates to an anionic alkoxylate surfactant (I), where R is di- or tri-unsaturated C4-22straight or branched hydrocarbon chain, at least two double bonds of said unsaturated chain being conjugated and exhibiting opposite geometric isomerism; m is 0 or 1; Y is O or NR; each R40is independently selected from hydrogen, C1-6alkyl and phenyl; n is 1 to 50; and OX is an anionic group selected from the group consisting of acids or salts of sulphate, phosphate, sulphosuccinate, succinate, carboxymethyl, maleate, carboxyethyl, alkenylsuccinate, phthalate, sulphoethyl, 3-sulpho-2-hydroxypropyl, sulphopropyl, oxalate and citrate.
