Used in Pharmaceutical Industry:
MPEG16-NH2 is used as a modifying agent for proteins and other biomolecules to improve their solubility, stability, and bioavailability. Its hydrophilic nature and amine-terminated group facilitate the formation of stable conjugates with therapeutic agents, enhancing their pharmacokinetic properties and reducing immunogenicity.
Used in Biotechnology Industry:
In the biotechnology field, MPEG16-NH2 serves as a linker for drug delivery systems, enabling the attachment of therapeutic agents to various carriers, such as nanoparticles or liposomes. This allows for targeted delivery of drugs to specific cells or tissues, improving the therapeutic efficacy and reducing side effects.
Used in Materials Science:
MPEG16-NH2 is utilized for surface modification of nanoparticles, enhancing their stability, biocompatibility, and targeting capabilities. Its hydrophilic nature and amine-terminated group allow for the formation of stable coatings on the surface of nanoparticles, improving their dispersion in aqueous environments and reducing aggregation.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 907577-50-8 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 9,0,7,5,7 and 7 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 5 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 907577-50:
(8*9)+(7*0)+(6*7)+(5*5)+(4*7)+(3*7)+(2*5)+(1*0)=198
198 % 10 = 8
So 907577-50-8 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

We have investigated the self-assembly of a dissymmetrical aromatic oligoamide helix on linear amido-carbamate rods. A dissymmetric sequence bearing two differentiated ends is able to wrap around dissymmetric dumbbell guest molecules. Structural and therm

To great (monodisperse) lengths: An improved synthesis of purer ethylene glycol (EG) oligomers allows access to 16- and 32-mers pure enough for multiple incorporation, and also to the longest (48-mer) discrete EG oligomer yet reported. The high purity enables the first crystallizations and hence the first glimpses of secondary 310-helical PEG structures.
