Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 968-46-7 includes 6 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 3 digits, 9,6 and 8 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 4 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 968-46:
(5*9)+(4*6)+(3*8)+(2*4)+(1*6)=107
107 % 10 = 7
So 968-46-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Structure activity relations in benzilic esters of amino alcohols. Role of the basic group
Granger,Le Hao Dong,Jasserand,et al.
, p. 404 - 407 (2007/10/04)
A series of 8 2 alkylaminoethyl and 3 alkylamino propylbenzilates, in which the basic groups were dimethylamino, diethyl amino, pyrrolidino and 2,5 dimethylpyrrolidino, was studied. The 2,5 dimethylpyrrolidino group showed the most interesting pharmacologic properties in rats and mice.
