  • Do you keep on eating a lot when you talk about losing weight again and again? Some foods are so high in calories that you can gain much weight if you eat too much. Thus girls who want a slim body should keep in mind that some foods are like poison and you’d better get away from them. 

    First, sausage: it is made of lard, subcutaneous fat and pork skin. It’s calories exceed standard and the large amount of preservatives influence the detoxification ability of the liver. And thus, girls should not often eat sausages, hot dogs and dried meat floss.

    Second, fried chips: they absorb a lot of lipid when fried and produce excessive acrylamide which is harmful to people. Chips are usually made of potatoes, a mixture of carbohydrate, fat and additives. To strengthen the delicious flavor and smell, sellers often add many additives in and thus, for the health and fitness, people should get away from them.

    Third, cookies: girls like snacks such as cookies as they are delicious and can fill the stomach. But they should be careful as tiny cookies contain high calories. There is much butterfat in wafer biscuits. Calories of three pieces of chocolate wafer biscuits are beyond 200 calories. Many cookies or biscuits contain too much sugar, fat and artificial color, unhealthy to people. If girls have to eat, they can choose some low- fat, low- calories, and low- sugar biscuits. Besides, they’d better drink water as much as possible after eating biscuits.

    Fourth, sugared beverages: if you drink sugared beverages such as cola, vegetable& fruit juices, and sports drink, then you should be careful because those beverages can result in the increase of blood sugar. What’s more, the insulin resistance can be improved and thus, obesity, metabolic syndrome, gout, diabetes and osteoporosis may occur. Drinking beverages can not really supply with water. You’d better drink 2000 CC boiled water.

    Fifth, instant noodles: nowadays, many girls stay up. When they are hungry, they are likely to eat instant noodles as they are convenient. But instant noodles are high in calories and low in nutrition. A large amount of sodium results in edema. Besides, intake of preservatives equals slow suicide.

    Sixth, ice cream: it is almost the favorite of all girls. But it contains much fat and sugar. Too much of it can result in the rise of blood cholesterol and blood sugar. If you eat it frequently, your functions of the digestive system may be influenced. And thus, you’d better eat it less.
