Nefopam Uses

  5-Methyl-1-phenyl-1,3,4,6-tetrahydro-2,5-benzoxazocine (CAS NO.13669-70-0) is non-narcotic analgesic drugs, both the role of muscle relaxants. Applicable to a variety of post-operative pain, cancer pain, visceral smooth muscle cramps and so on.

Nefopam Safety Profile

Poison by ingestion, intravenous, intraperitoneal, and intramuscular routes. Human systemic effects by ingestion: hallucinations, distorted perceptions, excitement, motor activity changes, increased pulse rate without blood pressure fall and heart rate changes. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of NOx.
